Kelley (seen here helping behind the scenes at a shoot) graduated from the University of Florida and the Defense Information School. He worked writing tv stories for American Forces Radio and Television stations in Portugal and Cuba; commercial stations in Rio Grande Valley, Little Rock, Phoenix and Jacksonville. He served as Communications Director for Fl Dept. of Children and Families District 4 while starting the Jacksonville Beach video store First Beach Productions.
